About Our Company:
BLESSED Babysitting is a faith-aligned childcare marketplace based in Phoenix, connecting families and churches with trusted childcare providers we call Angels.
We built BLESSED to make finding great childcare easier for families while creating meaningful, flexible work for students. Angels can choose opportunities that fit around their class schedule, including babysitting for local families, serving at churches and providing childcare for events across the Valley.
Every Angel completes our onboarding process, including identity verification, background screening and BLESSED Flight School before becoming fully approved on the platform.
Our goal is simple: create a trusted childcare community where families feel confident and students can make money doing work that matters.

BLESSED Angels provide childcare for families, churches and events throughout the Phoenix Metro area.
This is a flexible independent contractor opportunity rather than a traditional hourly employee position. Angels choose the opportunities that work for their schedule through the BLESSED platform.
Opportunities may include:
Family babysitting
Recurring childcare
Date-night care
Church childcare Special events
Infant care for qualified Angels
Special-needs care for qualified Angels
Students complete an application, interview and onboarding process before they are approved to accept opportunities. We are especially looking for students who are dependable, great with kids, professional and interested in meaningful work serving families throughout the Valley.
