About Our Company:
Position Summary: We are looking for energetic, friendly, and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Point of Sale (POS) Team Members. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while promoting and selling memberships, daily passes, and add-ons.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet every guest with a positive attitude and provide a welcoming experience
Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately
Promote and sell Sky Zone memberships, packages, and current promotions
Educate guests on membership benefits and upsell when appropriate Handle cash, credit card transactions, and balance registers
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
Answer guest questions and resolve concerns in a professional manner
Ensure all waivers and check-in procedures are completed correctly
Work closely with team members to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with sales and meeting performance goals
Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and computer skills
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred (but not required)
Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years old (or per local labor laws)
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
