About Our Company:

At TCH, we work to support and empower who live with developmental or physical disabilities. We provide a wide range of services designed to support and create opportunities to ensure individuals with disabilities realize their full potential.

By helping adults with disabilities develop critical life skills and guiding them through meaningful career training, TCH promotes independence, self-determination, and self-confidence. Our mission is to assist adults with disabilities in utilizing the resources available to them so they can make their own choices, improve their abilities and assume more control over their own lives.

Direct Support Providers-Providing individualized care and skills training to consumers in a variety of settings to include group homes, independent living, private homes, day programs and other community settings

We’re looking for nurturing, compassionate, responsible people to be caregivers to our supported individuals, both in our Day Program and in our residential Group Homes. You must be at least 18 (21 for driving positions), pass background checks & pre-employment drug screen, and have your high school diploma or its equivalent. Some positions require driving, so a motor vehicle check and an AZ driver’s license is also required.
