About Us:
Valley Pediatric ABA (VPABA) is an Arizona-based provider of Applied Behavior Analysis services dedicated to helping children with autism and developmental disabilities build meaningful skills that increase independence, improve quality of life, and help them thrive at home, in school, and in their community.
Based in Mesa, Arizona, our team provides individualized, evidence-based ABA services with a strong commitment to compassion, clinical quality, and meeting the unique needs of each child and family. Our work focuses on meaningful outcomes, including developing communication and daily living skills, increasing independence, improving academic and social success, and reducing behaviors that interfere with learning and participation.
We are equally committed to developing the next generation of professionals in behavior analysis. VPABA provides career pathways for individuals entering the field as Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, opportunities for BCBA candidates completing supervised fieldwork, and continued professional growth for Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Open Opportunities:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician: Full-time, clinic-based position working directly with children with autism to implement individualized ABA programming under BCBA supervision. Pay is $18–$23 per hour, Monday–Friday from 8:15 AM–4:45 PM. Candidates do not need to already hold an RBT certification but must be willing to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
BCBA Supervisee / Student Analyst: Paid, full-time opportunity for individuals pursuing BCBA certification and completing supervised fieldwork requirements. The role combines direct ABA experience with BCBA supervision, mentorship, unrestricted fieldwork opportunities, and progressive clinical responsibility. Pay is $20–$24 per hour, Monday–Friday from 8:15 AM–4:45 PM.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): Clinical position supporting assessment, treatment planning, program development, caregiver collaboration, RBT supervision, and oversight of individualized ABA services.
